Job Description

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the position of HR&Admin Officer in an Engineering manufacturing company in Nigeria.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

v  Assist in the management of the overall administrative activities of the company

v  Inspects the company’s facility periodically and ensure uninterrupted power supply to the office, guest houses, and other residences

v  Ensure proper management of the transport unit as well as movements to enhance business operation

v  Maintenance of the company’s assets e.g vehicles, furniture, and electronics to meet the request and operational needs of the company

v  Processes expatriate documents

v  Manage a filing system for HR information, including sensitive and confidential information.

v  Assist with budget preparation

v  Assist in the management of staff welfare in the factory

v  Manage the database of junior staff, and contract staff and prepare reports

v  Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·       First degree

·       2-4years experience

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive, and result oriented
